Master Trainer PRINCE2 means that you are an accredited Trainer for all Best Practices in the PRINCE2 Portfolio.
These include:
- Project Management (PRINCE2),
- Programme Mgt (MSP v5),
- Portfolio Mgt (MoP),
- Risk Mgt (M_o_R v4),
- Value Mgt (MoV),
- Project Mgt Offices (P3O)
- and also for PRINCE2 Agile v2.
In short being fluent in all dialects of the PRINCE2 Portfolio and an interpreter and translator. Easily shifting between all the different Best Practices during training and workshops to explain from a different perspective for example looking at Projects from Programmes and vice versa.
